After trying to find the right bike for our autistic son (8 years old) and failed we were about to give up we find this pedal kart !! He loves it the fact that the seat is wide and the stability of the 4 wheels and being closer to the floor makes it awesome for him after 2 days he was riding it like a pro… it took 30 minutes to put together, tires had to be inflated. My son is 4’7 and uses the last setting on the seat, my 14 yr old has used it too and she is 5’2 and had fun with it… so far after a month still rides strong it is heavy ish but other than that a great kart

Cool cart but chain kept falling off. After about the 5th time in 2 months I called the company to ask them about it. They wanted me to email pictures and proof of purchase. 3 months later and 4 more times of the chain falling off with the last time resulting in not being able to put it back in because the crank bearings came apart they decided to warranty it. Took another month a 4 more calls to finally get them to ship my new cart out. Still waiting for it now. It is half way through July. We bought it in December for Christmas and had chain issues since February. I will say the customer support guy is very nice, he just seems to be overwhelmed and because of that inefficient with warranty issues.

I don’t know who to thank first, the Berg Company or Amazon so thank you both so very much from my heart. We order a pedal scooter for our gray and it was the wrong color so we returned it. The second one we ordered wasn’t supposed to come in until between 29 December to 3 January 2021. This morning on 24 December it showed up on my door step. If you want to see a child’s eyes light up and sparkle it was my grandson. We had just showed him a picture of it and explained what had happened and he was so understanding.This pedal car is superb and far exceeded my expectations. It is sturdy and very well made. It was easy to assemble and the directions were spot on. I would Definitely buy it again and I would also recommend it to others to buy. Again Thank you Berg Company for your product and Amazon for getting it here so quickly.May each of you both have a very Merry Christmas and a wonderful New Year.

We purchased each of our grandchildren ranging in age from 2 to 15. Our youngest has the smaller size but was determined when his siblings took off in theirs. They love them and have tons of fun with them. We also purchased the trailer. Our 2 year old loves to ride in the trailer.

Don’t get me wrong, this is a quality product. But you would think a go kart for potential 12 year olds would be as fast as a bike. It’s not. The gear ratio is on the level of a bike’s lowest setting. Fast easy peddling, not much speed. My son barely uses it because he has to furiously peddle just to keep up. Good luck ever needing the slanting front wheels; you’ll run out of energy before you can get going fast enough.

We bought this for our 10 year old son after he asked Santa for a “lime green four wheeler with pedals”. We paid extra for expedited shipping to make sure it arrived before Christmas. It did arrive in time, but FedEx was rough with the package. The box was ripped and messed up. When we opened it up to assemble this item we found two red plastic pieces that were meant to protect specific locations on this toy during shipping. The top piece was in great condition, however the other was cracked and damaged. Upon inspection we found the metal that it was meant to protect had been damaged. We had some difficulty putting this together in that one spot. We had to use a small sledge hammer, a small crow bar, and a piece of cardboard to get everything to fit together. It was a very tight fit, but we got it. Everything works and my son loves it. We have the seat all the way back to fit him. My son is not tall for his age so I’m hoping he will get some good use out of it before he outgrows it. I believe this would be too small for a 12 year old unless they were very small. Overall I would recommend this item. It is really well made and looks really cool. FedEx did not do us any favors, but I’m not holding that against Berg.

Very sturdy cart. My daughter isn’t able to ride a bike so I got her this cart. I bought her the smaller one and she grew out of it so I went with the larger version this time.The gear is way to high so she gets little speed and peddles supper fats. It doesn’t even come close to keeping up with a bike, or someone running. They need to have a lower gear for this cart so the rider doesn’t look like a hamster in wheel churning but hardly going anywhere.
