This is a decent price for a first trike, it arrived very quickly. The driven wheel has plenty of torque.Minor issue: The battery pack has fake markings, it is not removable to swap or charge it–just use as-is.Other issues:The brake adjuster screws (similar to bicycle caliper adjusters) are very loose and don’t screw out–pull the cables to the correct tension then tighten at brake calipers. The reinforcing loop supports on the outside of the rear wheels make it wide enough that the trike will not fit thru normal doorways-YMMV. I am planning on cutting these off flush then running a hardened shaft through the rear wheels. There is no Lo/Hi speed switch, the second position turns on the headlight. Be careful.I plan to add a switched resistor between speed control and throttle to reduce maximum speed.

This is a lot of fun. I have cruised it 24mph. And the range gets better after a couple battery cycles. I’m a 62yr old Biker that’s been down w sergery for months w more coming. I’m a skilled mechanic so assembling was easy. THIS TRIKE IS DANGEROUS. & I. LOVE it. It only has a set of bottom end Bicycle Brakes on rear tires. So have fun & ride w care…

My husband bought this trike, and it is very nice and well built. However the left rear brake squeaks and the wheel does not spin as freely as the right. The welded brackets for the rear fenders were welded incorrectly and had to be bent to get the fender attached. We cannot find the recommended tire pressure on the tires. Overall, he really likes it and it really goes pretty fast.

The trike arrived on time and well packed. The assembly was easy enough, until I got to the back fenders. They absolutely don’t fit this trike. There is no way to mount them to their brackets without cutting away part of the fender. This is because either the brackets are wrong, or the brake calipers are mounted wrong (they are pre-mounted), which makes the fender too narrow to fit over the tire and attach to the bracket. All in all, a good trike. Lots of power and the brakes work well. The seat is wide and hard. You’ll have to make a foam/gel cover to fit if you want it softer.

Brakes need adjusting frequently

We love our trikes. We use them in the Smokies to travel the strip during Rod Run car shows. The brakes make noise some but overall they are good.

I am in my mid 40s and was looking for something a little more sporty to ride in our neighborhood.1. It does not go in gravel that has any looseness to it2. It does not climb hills as described. I am well under the weight limit3. This item tips EASY!!!! Without going any speed at all, if your turn and are not on a flat surface, it WILL TIP OVER!!Maybe this is more acceptable for someone that can catch a 100+ lb item with their feet while it flips, but if you have any mobility issues like myself, DO NOT BUY THIS!My husband spent 4 hours putting this together and I was so sad I couldnโt use it at all.
