The black piece that goes into the center of the wheel to hold the pedal component in place was missing from our package. I do not want to have to send the whole package back. Is it possible to have just that piece mailed to me? We purchased two of these items and the one that came whole is a definite win with my granddaughters! π I appreciate your help in getting the missing piece so they can have their own big wheel to ride. Well made. My Granddaughter is big for her age…in the 98th percentile, she is 5, and this big wheel just fits her on the largest setting.

No too impressed with the quality but she loves it. The assembly instructions are terrible, make sure you only put one pedal, slide through the big wheel then put on the other pedal.

This is a nice toy, but it took my husband a long frustrating time to assemble it. A piece of wood of a specific length (not included) is required and the picture-only instructions are nothing short of baffling. Go at it with a ton of patience and a sharp mind and youβll be fine.
